Why does the president hate Africans?

Or is the American South next in his campaign against air conditioning?  CNS News reports that the president, speaking at a town hall meeting in Johannesburg, South Africa, said:
Ultimately, if you think about all the youth that everybody has mentioned here in Africa, if everybody is raising living standards to the point where everybody has got a car and everybody has got air conditioning, and everybody has got a big house, well, the planet will boil over -- unless we find new ways of producing energy.
Barry is a little weak on science (among other things), so this is not surprising. As the anthropogenic global warming theory has lost support, momentum and credibility due to nasty little facts -- like, the planet isn't warming and hasn't been for more than 15 years -- Barry ignores all that and something even more important: the climate models predicting climate disaster are absolutely, provably flat fucking wrong. Not a single one of the IPCC models -- the United Nation's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change -- has been able to predict the past, much less the future. They all are desperately inaccurate. Nonetheless, Barry seems to think the planet will boil over. While accurately stating that Africa needs reliable energy, he then rules out the only actually reliable energy sources -- oil, natural gas, coal and nuclear -- and implies that, if these are the energy sources, then Africa should not expect to enjoy the energy supply that the U.S. and Europe, among others -- but not Africa, for the most part -- already enjoy. So way does Barry hate Africa?
